Thanks to the Bike Aid Heroes

Thanks to the Bike Aid Heroes

On 27th April hundreds of bikes were donated from across Ireland to our Adsum Bike Aid Madagascar Campaign.
This would not have been possible without the drive, determination and good will of the amazing people who organised the collection days.

Cork: Paul McCarthy, Dean and Glen. Supported by the Window Group, their family and friends
Armagh: Réamonn Ó Ciaráin, Stevey McGeown. Assisted by Alana, Nicole, Seanie and Tommy.
Lurgan / Craigavon / Portadown: Vinty Firth and James McGrath

Thanks so much to the organisers and to each and every person who donated bikes to the Campaign. We were overwhelmed by the generosity of the public to this life-changing campaign.

A special shout out to the wonderful Bike Aid Volunteers, Brendan, Michael and Hugh who went to great efforts to collect the bikes and bring them back to the workshop to be repaired by the uber-talented Bike Aid team!

Did you donate a bike? See if you can spot it in our new photo album: https://bit.ly/2WlBZ7U

Misoatra betsaka to each and every individual involved in the Bike Aid Madagascar project!

**** The workshop is now full (how wonderful!!) and the bike aid volunteers are working hard repairing the bikes for the next shipment. Therefore, we are not collecting any further bike donations until after the next shipment in the Autumn. However, anyone who wants to drop in a bike, please give Brendan a call on 07788108727 ****
